A while back there was a thread about a pipe cutting device which was though could be adapted to rifling barrels. I think that idea went flat, but I was thinking about it and did a little research about rifling. I'm convinced that we could do it ourselves with a fairly low technology device, but I'd like some help on what it would look like and how we would do it. Some things to remember: 1)PVC is pretty hard, so whatever is cutting the grooves has to be able to at least scratch it. 2) There should be at least 6 grooves around the inside of the pipe. 3) For the rifling to work, the grooves have to maintain the same "Slope" the entire way down the barrel.
