In your opinions and/ or experience, what is the best way to launch a bunch of pauntballs out of a 2" barrel accurately?

is this to be safe for a human target?

if you want somthing reuseable you can take a 1 1/4" endcap and pour a bunch of paintballs into it so that it works like a shotgun shell. problem with that is the endcap will go flying right up with the paintballs, so it's dangerous to launch at people. if you just put a sock full of dirt in the barrel and poured the paintballs in on top of it, that should work better for a human target

Maybe a plastic containor that is closed on one end and has a string attached to the back end so when its launched about 5 feet, you can just pull it back.

that's a good idea, it would have to be realy strong. maybe dacron

Maybe I'll put springs in line with the string, one on each end to lighten the string's tension shock. And what's Dacron?

the springs are a good idea, dacron is used for high tension kite string and ice fishing line, it's not all that expensive and it's realy strong. a line that is about 1/64 of an inch is rated to 300 pounds

I used to just stuff a foam ball down the barrel and then pour some paintballs in.. the foam ball wouldn't go nearly as far since it would expand when it left the barrel, thus slowing it down.

Hmm... well remember I am looking for accuracy too. How well does the foam work?
