anyone know how to shoot regular soda cans? They are a cm too big for a 2.5 in barrel.

It's going to be tough, but try some three inch pipe and some duct tape wrapped around the can.

actually I read somewhere that sleved 3 inch sch 40 pvc fits soda cans pretty good.

yes, but it was abs so its a little tight, pvc is fine

but i am restricted to abs 1.25" to 4" and cpvc 0.5" to 1" no pvc in canada.

unless i order them from somewhere, which i cant. but for a combustion, i would choose abs over pvc.

Well don't use CPVC. That's not made for pressure I'm pretty sure. And I'm also pretty sure that PVC is better than ABS for holding together over time.

cpvc holds 400psi in room temperature, 100 psi with boiling water.
