Yes, that and I have other things in the barrel that will get in the way like spark screws and a fan.

attach a tank of pre-mixed fuel and air, at high pressures, but not too high, and meter it.

Eh, I'm short on cash and a bit too lazy to bother with that. I like the vacuum idea, but it will be some time before I build the next gun. I'm between jobs right now and theres a good chance that I may be getting one soon. So as soon as I get some cash my way I will test out the vacuum method.

pre mixed fuel is a cool idea, but it's VERY dangerous, if there is one small leak in the valve, boom! espically at high pressures

Yeah, I'll attempt that one when I have a job and a better workshop. But I need a system that I can use in a launcher that will suck out all the old stuff quickly and easily.
