Does anyone know a cheap way of getting a direct deodorant/hairspray injection system, and also a way of measuring how u put in.

"ur not burning hairspray but its propellant" Actually, that's not really true. The main component of the liquid part is alcohol, which is what you mostly burn. The propellant is often propane or ether, and I think you get some of that too, but not much.
To answer the original question, I don't think you can get a direct injection, or measure it. By direct, I assume you mean mount the can of spray on the side of the chamber w/ some sort of hole to put it in thru. The only way I can think of is to rig something up w/ a piece of flexible hosing that goes over the spray head and connects to a hollow threaded rod screwed into the chamber wall. Or if you can find a WD-40 can and use that spray head with the long red straw somehow on the hairspray bottle. The problem is, in either case by the time the stuff gets to the chamber it will be a dribble of liquid instead of a spray, and you'll have to wait for it to evaporate. And as for measuring, yeah, just get used to doing that by hand.

wow i cant belive im hearing this lol...why would you take time to measure a spray? and it IS the propelant in the can that lights not the fluid go out and buy some can compressed with carbon dioxide or sumthin and try that...and honestly if you want your gun to work great use a gas that is easy cheap and more powerful lets compare how much would you pay for a can of hairspray 2 3 dollers? well for 3 dollars u can get a tank of propane that last 2wice as long as hairspray and it dosent gunk up ur cannon u dont look like an ass using a can for ur gun and its a junk load more powerful and if ur to cheap to make a meter for it just take a torch head and shoot sum propane in the end...

I bet you are right about the benefits of propane, but I'm still gonna hold out on that hairspray propellant deal...

I'm not sure exactly what goes into those camping fuel cylinders, but I know you can find propane labeled as such at the hardware store, for welding. And MAPP gas too, which is more powerful according to some folks. But you could find a Coleman cylinder at W-mart and read the fine print to see what's really in there.

I belive it's just propane in em. And as for the direct injection... might as well not even bother because you are going to have to open the back to vent it out anyway. Might as well vent it and spray right after then cap it back up.
