Well they would increase only if you do it in parallel. If you wire it in series it will be a lot smaller. And yes the voltage requirement should remain constant.

But remember that even though the capacitance is higher it doesn't really make the spark better. It's optimal to have a very high difference of potential so you can jump a gap. You don't see anything in the hundreds of volts jumping any significant distance. What you want is for it to jump about an inch or so. That would be good for a spud gun. 300 and some odd volts wont jump very well for you even if you could make yourself a circuit for it.

I'll let you know, but really the way to do it is to copy a stun gun circuit. If you can pull it off, take a stun gun apart and use only the bare components of it to make your spark. Remove the button and on/off switch and install your own into the box you put all the components in. If you want I will tell you EXACTLY how to do this and how to have your mixture fan in the same circuit. Just ask and I'll tell you everything you need to know.
